Hi, I'm Art Inojales.
I build automation systems for home care and service agencies — the unglamorous, mission-critical plumbing that keeps caregivers compliant, inboxes triaged, and payroll accurate.
I started as a virtual assistant doing this work manually. That matters: I automate processes I've personally run, so I know where the edge cases hide — the caregiver whose certification expires mid-shift, the call-off email at 6 AM, the break that spans a timesheet boundary.
